Terms & Conditions

Auro Auto Detailing

By booking or using any service provided by Auro Auto Detailing (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“the client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Auro Auto Detailing provides professional mobile and drop-off automotive detailing services. Services include, but are not limited to, interior detailing, exterior detailing, protection services, and add-on treatments. All services are performed to the best of our professional ability using industry-standard products and techniques.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by message.
You agree to provide accurate information regarding your vehicle’s condition, size, and level of dirt or contamination. Failure to disclose excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, or other abnormal conditions may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles that are unsafe to work on or present health risks.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and service requirements.
Final pricing will be confirmed prior to service whenever possible.

Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

Failure to make payment may result in denial of future services and potential collection action.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows may be charged a service or booking fee and may be restricted from future bookings.

5. Access to Vehicle & Work Area

For mobile services, you agree to provide safe and legal access to the vehicle, including adequate space and water/electrical access if required.

For drop-off services, you agree to remove all personal belongings prior to service. Auro Auto Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

6. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

You acknowledge that your vehicle may have pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, oxidation, fading, interior wear, cracked trim, or mechanical issues.

Auro Auto Detailing is not responsible for any damage caused by existing defects, weak paint, prior bodywork, aftermarket modifications, or previously repaired surfaces.

7. Results Disclaimer

Detailing results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.
We do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, scratches, odors, or imperfections.

By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept that some defects may be permanent or may require advanced services beyond standard detailing.

8. Damage Liability

In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our service, liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the affected area only.

We are not responsible for:

  • Mechanical or electrical failures

  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions

  • Damage to aftermarket parts or fragile components

  • Damage resulting from customer-supplied products or instructions

9. Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us immediately upon completion of the job.
We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns on-site or within 24 hours.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

10. Weather Policy

For mobile appointments, service may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, including rain, extreme heat, or high winds.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or environmental conditions beyond our control.

11. Photography & Marketing

Auro Auto Detailing reserves the right to photograph or record vehicles for documentation and marketing purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

No personal information will be shared without consent.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason, including unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior, misrepresentation of vehicle condition, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

Auro Auto Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The most current version will always be available on our website.
